RideAlert ("the App") is operated by Nick Ouellette. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

• Device identifier — A randomly generated ID stored on your device to associate your sessions and day passes. This is not tied

to your Apple ID or personal identity.

• Push notification token — Provided by Apple to deliver ride wait time alerts to your device. We do not use this for marketing.

• Ride monitoring preferences — Parks, rides, and thresholds you configure for alert monitoring. Stored on our servers for the

duration of your active session.

• Purchase records — Day pass transaction IDs for validating in-app purchases. We do not see your payment details — all payments

are processed by Apple.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information. We do not use

analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not sell or share data with third parties.

Data Retention

Monitoring session data is retained for 30 days after a session ends, then deleted. Device records are retained while the app is

installed.

Third-Party Services

• Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — Used to deliver alerts

• ThemeParks.wiki API — Used to retrieve ride wait times (no user data is sent)
